I have visited several salons across the area and I always end up back here. I stopped going under the previous management due to a rude employee but have since returned and LOVE the new owner and her staff. My dip manicure lasts 3 weeks (could go longer but my nails grow too quick)! My pedicure is always relaxing. If you were a previous customer, please consider returning.

I have been coming here for the past 6 years. Jenny took over more recently and has made the environment feel more welcoming and relaxed. She takes the time to get to know you and encourages all of her staff to do the same. She’s nothing short of professional and would never let her customers leave unhappy. Even more so, she holds her staff to a high standard and they continue to be equally as professional and respectful. I have always loved my nails and so have all of the friends and family I have recommended. Some of the negative comments on here are profoundly egregious. Jenny and her staff promote an inclusive environment and don’t get enough credit for some of the people comments they tolerate. I would highly recommend to anyone 🙂

We had a party of 6! Including an adult man and child. I can’t tell you enough how FAST and thorough! My son is on the spectrum and they were absolutely wonderful with him! And yes if he wants his nails done he gets his nails done! They were so accommodating and did I say FAST? Super speedy and yes making ya feel gorgeous! Definitely will be back

I love this place! The owner is super friendly and personable (and is awesome at doing nail designs btw). The employees ALWAYS do a great job and make sure I’m happy with everything as we go and my nails always look great! Had to come here because the place near kohls was too full. Would not return, everything was kind of old and dingy. Employees were nice enough, but it was not very relaxing for a $40 gel pedicure. Seemed kind of rushed too. Definitely not the same ambiance you get at Hot Nails.
