I love my hair every time I leave. The staff go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable and are happy with your style and color.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been going to the salon to have my hair colored for at least eight years. I’ve only ever complained twice and yesterday was the second time. When I told Corey Harter that my hair was getting too brassy and I wanted more of an ash blonde she became very upset and emotional. The last time I talk to her about my color, the same thing happen. Instead of getting an ash blonde I got a very ashy brown. So I called and asked what could be done to lift the color out. When they called back I was told that Corey has done everything she could and that I was no longer welcome at the salon. They did not offer to refund me the money or to help me correct the problem. Very very disappointing.
