I wanted to have a special day with my friends and the team here at Color Me Red really came through. We had a great time. My nails can be a challenge, as they little bends to them, so I’m rarely happy with the shaping I get at salons, but Crystal made them look perfect. I wanted fall colors, and we found perfect shades. I was there for 4 hours and spent $90 for my hair to still be yellow when I left. The stylist offered to fix it for free at another date which I appreciate. However, when I got home I realized how much breakage I now have. Along with burns on my scalp which she said I didn’t have (there was one right at my widows peak which I noticed immediately when I got home). I have spent years trying to keep my hair healthy while lightening it and now all of that is down the drain for the amount of breakage I have. I don’t know if the stylist didn’t notice or just ignored it. It’s been so embarrassing going out in public with yellow hair that sticks straight out from being broken off. Was a huge waste of time and money for something that made my hair worse than when I walked in, and for something I will have to fix myself when my scalp doesn’t hurt as much.
