I went to Color Envy because my usual stylist was unavailable. Michelle (who I didn’t realize was the owner) did a fantastic job. She gave price options up front. She matched my hair color perfectly. She is also fast but makes sure she gets it right. Michelle is also friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I enjoyed talking with her. The salon is clean. No hair on the floor. If I didn’t already have a great stylist I would certainly go back to Color Envy and Michelle.

Went in for my first time ever coloring my hair, and was a bit overwhelmed and scared to let the stylist know when I wasn’t happy with the result. Went home and emailed them at their contact info, and was quickly called by the regional manager, who let me know that any time in the next two weeks I would be free to come in at no cost and have it fixed. I’m moving out in three days, but he easily put me in before then, and I went in the next day (today). I’m very happy with the result now, it’s bright and has dimension, it was fast, and the stylist was understanding and patient with me.

Dian is wonderful! It is so hard to find someone that cuts my hair right because it is thick and wavy. She listens, will not oversell, is fine with a picture example for a guide, and great to talk to. The staff is all very friendly as far as I have seen. Great fashion colors and brands.

After having a hiccup with the tape in extensions due to a single sided tape issue, Amanda (Michelle) my stylist, quickly contacted me and she wanted to make it right and she did. A few weeks later it was time to get my hair colored and she did an amazing job in blending the color into the extensions. Not to mention how much I enjoy catching up with her and just overall how she treats her clients. One of the other girls, Gale I believe, assisted Amanda with the replacement of the tape ins since she had been working with the tape all day and her hands with with sticky with the tape residue. It was great to just feel the vibe of the salon with us talking and laughing. Thanks for turning a one time sour experience with that one service amazing again!

I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. My stylist Amanda listens to what I want and if she thinks I won’t like something she is very upfront with me. When making drastic changes she makes sure I understand what she’s going to be doing and asking if I have questions. Customer car is fantastic they offer you coffee or water and make sure you are set on reading material. All three of my kids come with and she helps me in any way she can, she never makes me feel like my kids are too much.
