Critical: ProfessionalismUpdate to previous review.While my hair looked ok when I left the salon, Nicole recommended that I not wash it for a couple days and that when I do I use a purple shampoo. That’s exactly what I did. After I washed my hair and dried it, all the color was stripped and I was left with orange, completely fried hair. I called Nicole to ask what happened and she said I must have done something else to my hair and she would meet me at her salon. She talked to my mom and claimed she did nothing wrong and that leaving me under the processor with bleach in my hair for almost two hours didn’t have an effect on the outcome after the first wash. My mom asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else and Nicole laughed at her, saying she would not issue a refund for her 7 hours of time. Keep in mind, Nicole continued with other clients while she was doing my hair. When I got to her office she said she could dye it back to dark. That’s not what I paid for and the damage had not only been done by the orange color, but by how fried my hair is. Going dark was not going to fix the damage. I asked for a refund and she laughed at me. Now, I will either have to cut a bunch of my hair off or come up with additional money to fix what she did.
