Unfortunately I gave a bad review that was not deserved. The owner reached out to me to reschedule. She was wonderful. I made an appointment for a pedicure and a 90 deep tissue massage. My feet look beautiful and brand new and the massage was heaven. Everything was so good I scheduled another massage for 3 weeks out. I posted a review previously under Sugarplumpbaby. There was an innocent mix up on the date and time of the appointment. Unfortunately I gave a bad review that was not deserved. The owner reached out to me to reschedule. She was wonderful. I made an appointment for a pedicure and a 90 deep tissue massage. My feet look beautiful and brand new and the massage was heaven. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMyself and another customer pulled in at 8:45 am. I had a 9 am pedicure scheduled then a 90 min. deep tissue massage. After speaking with the other customer she had a facial scheduled. We talked until 9:30 am in the parking lot and not 1 employee showed up. We both received a confirmation on the web site that we were indeed scheduled and the persons name that would be doing each procedure. I took the day off of work for this appointment. If you aren’t open disable the part of your website that schedules appointment. Total waste of a vacation day and my time. I get all of my spa services at one place (hair, gel dip nails, pedicure, waxing) and each service is done perfectly and efficiently. The salon also offers numerous other services, so check out their website and book your appointments. You will love it there!
