The past couple of times I’ve come here I’ve had my nails done by a guy that did them very nice, I was very satisfied with how they turned out. However, yesterday when I came in to get gel on my hands and regular polish on my toes I left unsatisfied. I came back in to express my concerns and was told I could come back in today to have them redone. The gel on one side of my hand was see through while on the other hand it wasn’t, and my nails were shaped slanted. The polish on my toes weren’t dried and were very smudged. I didn’t take a look till I walked outside. Today I told them about the color and how the coats weren’t the same, one being see through and the other not. They didn’t inform me till after they fixed my nails I was being charged another $30 just because of the color being changed. If the color had to be taken off to be redone why does the color matter? For the inconvenience of already having paid $70 for the service not to be done right the first time, being rushed the whole time, and driving out once again, I don’t believe it’s right to charge anything. Manager stated it was to pay for the labor. However it’s not my fault when I paid for it the first time and it wasn’t done right. Shouldn’t have been rushing. Not good customer service. Won’t be coming again.

When I got outside I noticed the gel on my thumb was not smooth and the nail color is thin. When I went back in a few moments later the lady who worked on me was gone. I’ll have attend my special event looking at these nails until Monday. Next time I’ll shine a light on my nails so I can really see whats going on.

Is nice and cute, just very busy which is good. Make your appointment ahead of time to guarantee an experience technician if you can. They take walk in as well and they will pick anyone for you. Is recomendad to know ahead of time what you pick from the menu or they will pick for you at any cost.

I just walked into this salon go get a French dip powder. From the call I made to check on availability to the moment I walked out- outstanding experience! The young woman who answered the phone was so bright and friendly, the man at the first station who advised me to get dippowder was knowledgeable And kind, and the icing on the cake was Anet. Wonderful conversation,exceptional nails. I’m very sensitive and she never knicked my fingers or anything. Ohand never tried to upsell me on any additional things, gave me EXACTLY what i wanted. I will definitely be back!

When I first entered cocoon nails I was greeted with a lovely atmosphere. Lyn who was the receptionist at the time helped me set up an appointment and she was sweet and kind during my entire time there, she made sure I received the best service. I received a pedicure from Tina and she did an excellent job. I would go back for the customer service I received alone.

My mother and I have gone to the new location to get our nails done every few weeks, and the staff is so efficient and nice. We have had Hanna and Son and they both were super sweet and did an amazing job with our nails. They were very helpful with choosing a color for my gel nails, since they have so many options to choose from. We will be back!
