Horrible! The nail tech was very sloppy, gave me the wrong color, Cut me and caused me to bleed. Got nail powder in the cut she gave me. I wanted to cry I’ve never had a nail experience this unprofessional. They gave me $5 off for inconvenience but honestly I want my money back. Visited CoCo Nails for the first time this weekend and had a great experience! All the staff I interacted with were very nice and I love how my nails came out. Lin gave me a great gel manicure and even helped me pick out a specific color I was looking for. And gel nails cost $28 here, which is basically unheard of- I haven’t been able to find any local places that charge under $30 for gel. Will definitely be coming back to CoCo Nails!

Ivy is amazing!!! I decided to try dip for the first time after talking to her about it. When she dipped the first nail I realized the color wasn’t what I was expecting. Went and got a pedicure First, the Lady (did not get her name) was ok until it came to painting my toes, she used three coats on top of the base coat and it was so chunky I had to request to get the at least the two big toes redone. It was an attitude after that. After she fixed we moved on to my nails. There was minimal lotion/massaging and the obvious attitude. She painted my nails with two coats so no chunky but the second coat was not as close to the cuticle as the first so there’s a clear line on all my nails that you can see. Also they have bubbles. Will not go back.

Went in for a mani pedí with my sister and mom for some girltime, not a good experience. From the unsanitary practices to the extremely rude service. We walked in and the women helping us had no patience as we looked for our colors. My mom and my sister had simple designs they wanted and the employees said they can do it. They insisted that they can only do designs on gel nail, which for us is new because thats never been the case in any other salon weve gone too. My mom ended up just getting a regular manicure because they kept pushing for her to get a fullset with gel and it wasnt what she wanted. I was getting a simple color and the woman wouldnt allow me to look at the color selection as she rushed me.to the chair and gave a small selection of gheir colors.to choose from. This was only the beginning. The next red flag,which I noticed way too late, was that the woman giving me a pedicure was using very used tools on my feet. I was mortified when i relized it but it was too late she was about to paint the nail. She did only the color and decided to add gloss after my manicure, ok no problem as i didnt see anything wrong with it and was still grossed out about the tools. My manicure was rushed as she quickly got throught it and then proceeded to slather clear polish on my toes. It was on my skin like a child who paints their own nails.my sisters manicure was so bad that it needed to be redone.When we kept telling the employee we didnt like it she kept ignoring us and finished the full set. My sister reiterated that she did not like the fullset or the design and the employee became so rude and started arguing with my sister that she did everything right and my sister was complaining for no reason because she did everything perfectly. The gentleman ended up.coming and told me to move so he can fix it which took about 25 minutes. That had to be the most frustrating part especially since if she did do everything right then the guy wouldnt have spent 25 minutes fixing her mess up. And when my sister went to pay the woman started arguing with her AGAIN! Telling her that she was complaining for nothing because she did a good job and the nails looked good. The cherry on the Sunday of this terrible experience is that my feet have been itching all week and im now worried i caught something in this unsanitary location. DO NOT GO HERE.

Unprofessional. Experienced discrimination. I went to remove my dip manicure. Wrote my name on a list waited 30min. They asked me again what I needed (despite me writing it on the notebook) and told me to sit down and wait longer. Immediately after a new person walks in (without appointment) asking for the same service. They asked her to sit down and started working on her without hesitation. The difference between her and me, the skin color. I encourage you not to support this behavior.

I’m shocked to see so many people say the customer service was terrible because the girl that helped me was really nice. However, the actual service was AWFUL. I’ve been getting dip manicures for a few months now and letting my nails grow. I’ve been going to the same place for a while but came here because it was the only place open on the Fourth of July. I got a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was incredible but the manicure was AWFUL. I was extremely disappointed. Not even 24 hours later, my thumb chipped. A week later, all my nails are falling apart. This has never happened to me. When she did the manicure, she didn’t clean my cuticles or anything. Then when she proceeded to do the dip, she didn’t even put a base! She went straight with the color which I thought was super odd. She kept saying how my nails were so long and nice and I asked her if she had ever done the dip and she told me that they always chipped, which again was very odd because the dip is never supposed to chip. I don’t think you should be offering your customers a service if you can’t do it right. My nails that I’ve been growing out for months now just broke off. Extremely disappointed and most definitely won’t come back 🙁

i made an appointment for 5:15, so that is when i arrived. the receptionist told me to take a seat and wait. a few minutes later, a girl around my age walked in who said she didn’t have an appointment. they took her in before me…weird. whatever. i finally got sat 30 minutes later. now about the actual nails. the shape they gave me was uneven. the nail tech didn’t dip my nails in the powder enough times, as the nails are pretty translucent/see-through. they are also super flat and thin. they started breaking two days after i got them done. they only look good from a distance.
