From the time you walk in you are welcomed with a smile. The salon is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. You can tell the owner has invested in wonderful nail products. All the nail technicians are friendly to each other and you feel they enjoy pampering you with a glass of water or wine 🙂 I walk out with the most beautiful nails that last for weeks. I have been going over a year and would highly recommend Coco Nails in Hillsborough.

we made a appointment at 5 pm and didn’t get seen until 6:30. it would have been understandable had they been busy but they weren’t. when we first walked in the employees were arguing. the person who did my nails insulted my nail color choice and the shortness of my nails. none of them were friendly. the pedicure my mother got and the manicure i got were over priced as the other nail place is cheaper. we won’t be coming back.

I have been to this salon several times before and I am a firm believer of being on time when expected to be . But when the staff have to call the manicurist only to find out she is not coming in.To me it shows the lack of respect you have for your clients and your place of employment. I know some will say im not being human and unrealistic.but then why take my number when I make my appointment? make a long story short I was able to get my nails done buy the owner who rearranged her schedule no I wont be returning I will be taking my nails and money elsewhere.

This is a great place if you don’t mind waiting even if you have an appointment. Even though I make appointments each time I come, I end up waiting at least an hour and then the manicurist is slow. Critical: QualityI had an appointment for pedicure at noon and acrylic fills at 1. I was taken for my pedicure on time and the operator couldn’t have been any nicer. However when they brought the color I selected I told them Indicated it looked different than the one I chose. They showed me the polish and I agreed it was different but ok to use. When it came time for my manicure the operator wasn’t available (she didn’t appear until 30 minutes later) so another young lady did my nails. She was extremely nice but didn’t do such a good job on my nails. During the manicure I told her the color looked different than the one on my toes- it’s actually several shades lighter. She chuckled and said that happens sometime. The owner was sitting right next to us an no one offered to rectify the issue. Then when I got home I noticed one thumb didn’t have any shine to it and the other was full of bubbles. I asked for a long acrylic and was immediately seated. My nail technician was a lady named Marly and I must say she did a beautiful job. These are some of the best nails that I’ve had! I couldn’t be more pleased with this place and I definitely think I found my new nail lady! She is kind, courteous and extremely good at what she does! This place recently went under renovation and is under new management and I went today to try it out. I asked for a long acrylic and was immediately seated. My nail technician was a lady named Marly and I must say she did a beautiful job. These are some of the best nails that I’ve had! I couldn’t be more pleased with this place and I definitely think I found my new nail lady! She is kind, courteous and extremely good at what she does!
