The built in UV light dryers in the desks are filthy. The paraffin is lumpy and scary looking. The wrist rests are filthy. The floors are filthy. They don’t do hand/arm massages and the ‘free’ 10 minute back massage has to be asked for. And – if you don’t tip 20pct, they call you out! Mani/Pedi midweek on a Wednesday $80 plus tip. This place has gone downhill. Prices go up, but nothing has been updated in years. The portable UV light dryers are filthy inside and out. The built in UV light dryers in the desks are filthy. High turnover of people and quite $$$. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. However they opened a second location in Orange and the husband took the best people there. The services I once enjoyed (gel nails with designs plus spa pedicures) are less than good and take way to long. It can be quite loud and hot here. I don’t enjoy the owner shouting above the mass assembly line of people, her instructions. This is NOT a spa experience…it’s a nail shop where they do pedicures and waxings.

I have been a local customer for months until I was disrespected by the owner and the staff. I waited in the pedicure chair for over an hour, my friend was done with her nails, and the started customers who came after me. When I asked why it happened, one of the staff members said “I don’t know maybe they had an appointment” then rolled her eyes. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager said “Can’t you see I’m busy?” I had gotten up and waited for my friend to pay at the door. The manager still did not even look me in the eye to let me know I would be seen soon and to apologize. I left knowing I would be finding another nail salon. My problem is not the wait, it’s how I was treated as a loyal customer! Yes their nails come out good but I will not be going back on the account that the staff, and manager, are very disrespectful.

Each time I come here, they always have time for me. The staff is friendly and they do an EXCELLENT job. I’m super picky about my nails and everyone here has done an excellent job. They always offer you something to drink etc. They also have free Wi-Fi. It’s the only place I will go in the area even though it’s almost 15 minutes from my house. Well worth the drive.

Very bad experience. People were yelling at my sister to ask for a manicure when she said no. Then my nails are sheer and have bumbs and hair sticking out of them. My nails were filed jagged. We asked for them to fix it and they look worse and the lady hit my hands. She yelled and said you better not touch anything when I never touched anything. I have nail polish all hands and skin. The lady made my sister stand while she did her nails even though there were open chairs. When we were drying our nails a lady wanted our chair even though there were open ones so by then we got up and left. Everyone was aggressive.

I’ve been a regular almost a year now. They’re always busy, but I’ve never waited long… except when I tried going on a Saturday. Even though she said I was next, I saw people just sitting at the table waiting still, so I left and came back on my usual Sunday. Make an appointment of you want to go on Saturday. Very clean and staff is attentive. Decent prices too.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years and today I had my breaking point and will no longer be a customer. I made an appointment and again I was made to wait for a walk in. I am a busy mom of 3 and I cannot wait around to get my nails done and feel that if you make an appointment you should take presidence over a walk in. The owner was rude and did not care that I was waiting over 30 minutes for my appointment. I will take my business elsewhere.
