Misunderstandings and the pressure to hurry up and choose nail design n alternating hands, as tips were applied and designed samples were jumbled together in a basket on my lap, as they apparently use pedicure stations for both hand and feet services…caused my anxiety to go through the roof! I almost got up and walked out sue after telling the tech that 1 tip was angled upwards n she responded with “It’s ur finger, it go like this!” Anjelah Johnson vibes ! Prices aren’t marked and most that were an extra charge were $12 to $15 more then the price of the set! They turned out mediocre at best, very thin with no enforcement on the apex so I fully expect them to painfully break, as that’s literally the support! Cuticles weren’t pushed back nor was any dead skin removed! I if course still paid AND left a tip! Services_Meh= 2 Employee: =4 so total of 3⭐s…

I was visiting LA for the weekend and wanted to get my nails done. After doing constant research I found Coco Luxe nails and Decided to go to them. Kim and her staff were extremely nice and gave us options. My sister and I loved the outcome. Definitely a place to get your nails done!! I trusted them and did not regret it!

This place is disgusting . A bunch of people all crammed into one , tiny little room . They have a sign on the wall that says please, wear a mask . Nobody does ! Some of the workers don’t , either . A girl came right by my chair to mop the disgusting , dusty dirty floor . I aske her nicely could she do that in another spot ? I have severe allergies . She understood English but continued on indignantly , mopping the floor with a dirty , gross mop . No air ventilation , so it’s a good ground for omnicron covid virus to hang into there . Just a disgusting place and I’m not even a clean freak . Horrible experience

I went here to get a mani pedicure and my toenails got severely infected! They told me I had ingrown toenails and proceeded to remove them which was so so painful. The next day they became red and swollen. They must not clean their tools. Don’t go here if you don’t want a severe infection. Also my gel nail polish came off within 2 days!

Missed pieces of my real nail with acrylic, thumb nail isnt even attatched underneath, acrylic isnt all the way to the nail bed, i have never experience something like this. They didnt do a bad job with my daughters acrylic full set but they was minor flaws. Not worth $82

Very thankful that they took last minute walk-in for me and my friend. Was able to pick out a good color fairly easily. The manicurist was very nice and gentle overall – however she trimmed my cuticles for my right thumb a bit too aggressively so that it bled a little… the overall job was fine, but am happy that the nail colors seem to to be holding on very nicely even for a simple manicure (not gel). Lots of customers coming and going, they prefer cash but credit card accepted, though cash in tips only or Venmo. One thing is that I wished the overall place was a bit more clean and hygienic, I was a bit uneasy seeing the manicurist touch cash and then going straight back to the nail work (esp since I had a little bleeding near the cuticles.)
