Worst place ever, I went there and asked for Chrome nail polish like showing in their sample number 151. They didn’t do the same as the sample they did something totally different that I didn’t ask for and charged me $60 after providing horrible service. And they left my nails with the base dip powder not the color I asked for and they were very rude and kept arguing with me. They made me wait 1 hour and I was there total 3 hrs. They ruined my nails and now I have to go get them done again and of course somewhere else because I will never go there again. Horrible service and owner. And they let their customers get involved and be disrespectful to their other customer.

I went to get my nails done on 12/23/22 and when I was getting them done this one guy like filed the acrylic down so much that you could almost see the fake nail part and I wanted a cute little heart design on my two ring fingers and I went to pick out this real cute light pink and the man moved for this lady to do it and she was like no and got up went to the back and got a hot pink and didn’t even place the heart in the middle of my nail and so the day after I went to go out my shirt on and my nail broke I am so disappointed of this I will never be coming back here

I went there with my 2 kiddos and they were so incredibly rude to them. I am very disappointed and upset. My kids asked very nicely to sit down on the comfy seat with mommy and they said absolutely not. My kids were forced to sit on the floor by the foot bath. They constantly got splashed with my disgusting foot water, almost like they did it on purpose. The nail experience itself was terrible because I couldn’t relax with people arguing in the middle of the salon. They also did not give me what i wanted. Won’t be coming back.

I was going to another salon to get dip, and my daughter would come here to get pedicures and would bring me here to get pedicures, and I really liked the way they do them here. One time Lilly did my pedicure and she asked me if I wanted my nails done and I agreed. I absolutely loved how she did my nails. She is very friendly and just like her very much. Also I love how friendly and inviting everyone is here!

They do good work, but they are overwhelmed by how busy they are and the quality of their business suffers. I’ve been going there for over 5 years. When I go, I used to not mind the wait. I’m there for 30+ mins wait for 2+ hours getting mani, pedi, and wax. I spend over $120 plus a fat tip. My regular tech told me to start calling and make an appointment because she felt bad always making me wait. That was nice.
