Frank is the man. He has been cutting my hair for 2.5 years now and it’s been perfect every time. I call and schedule, 90% of the time I do not forget. Then, he cuts my hair and it’s done right. I’ve been to barbers who have no idea what “tapered and blocked, get me back into regs, could you round the corners in the back?” Even means. By now he just says same as always, and I say yes. Normal barber talk while the cut is happening. Never an issue. Frank has become like a friend.
