I purchased my Clearlight sauna back in November of 2021 for my vacation home and loved it so much I bought another one for my main home. I also purchased the red light therapy and the salt therapy units – both of which work beautifully. My husband and a helper easily installed both of them with no problems. It is truly a pleasure unplugging and relaxing in this wonderful space, however my phone does work inside but I try not to use it as it will get too hot. One of the best things about this company is their excellent customer service. My experience with Jennifer Rudis was nothing short of exceptional. Her responsiveness and attention to my account was above and beyond. This really made a difference to me. I highly recommend this sauna and the cedar smell is glorious! You will not be disappointed!!

Called Clearlight a few days ago to get a price quote since there isn’t any pricing on their website, shocking They gave me a quote of over $6,000 YES $6,000 for a small 2 person sauna. that is about Tripple what my neighbor paid for a Clearlight sauna not too long ago… TRIPPLE!

The infrared sauna was a get addition but was only working for a period of four months prior to shorting a circuit in the power core. When inspecting the issue further I found physical burn (black char) marks on the top wood cover and black burn residue on the aluminum cover.

HUGE REGRET BUYING THIS SAUNA! IT has NEVER WORKED Properly & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service! I have emailed & called my sales rep Emily, had a “ticket” opened, and left several voicemails with MARC in Service and NEVER EVER received a call back!!! I sent very detailed emials with photos of the water LEAKING IN & the electric panel NOT HEATING up over 100 degrees! I have a $9k purchase FROM 4 MONTHS AGO that WE HAVE YET TO USE SUCCESFULLY! The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. I run Miami’s #1 Personal Training facility and I purchased a infrareds sauna from them. It broke down after 4 months and they were not able to provide a technician to fix it and correspondence has been sporadic at best. I’ve been waiting 4 MONTHS to get this fixed. Don’t flush 6-10K down the toilet on a company that can’t service their own equipment.

Horrible, unresponsive, slow customer service. When you buy such an expensive piece of equipment (we got the IS-5 delivered in August) and it doesn’t work right and they slowly attempt to fix the issue it feels very frustrating. As of now it’s still unresolved and not working properly. Buyers Beware.
