Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLisa is unprofessional. she literally ripped my gel tips off with a dirty metro card. I expressed to her that was painful and she simply replied “yea a little” and continued to rip my nails off! keep in mind i was the only cust. there she has no need to rush this job. I was unhappy with how rushed they performed my services on new years eve. I left with a fill that looked like it grown out for a week already and didn’t clean up the cuticle. I went back despite this because its one of few places that takes walk ins. Called in an asked if she could soak off my current set as I want to start caring for my natural nails. My friend came along and she only had 4 gel tips left to remove. After insisting we get our nails done and us saying no thank you we just wanted them taken off. She tells me its $20 whether we go clear or pick a polish. my friend did her nails with polish and i had to return to work so all Lisa did was take of my set, no clear or color polish. she still charges me the $20 each. she then asks me if I’m gonna leave tip on card or cash. I took the $3 i had left in my purse and gave it to her. she laughed and pointed asking if that’s her tip. as we go to walk out she tells me “what about his tip?’ referring to the male who worked on my friend. we ignore her and she follows us to the door harassing us for a tip and finally I tell her “didn’t know a tip was mandatory” she scoffs at me and walks away. side note: w covid going on she shouldn’t have her workers going around touching people w/out their permission tryna get people to pay extra for messages.Services: Waxing, Gel manicuresLisa is unprofessional. she literally ripped my gel tips off with a dirty metro card. I’ve been to Clear Nails twice now. My aunt and Mom love them and have been going there for years. I have had two amazing experiences from my first gel full set; even and smooth color was applied beautifully for the holidays. My fill was done in under and hour and matched perfectly. I chose black and it was perfectly applied and looks flawless! I love clear nails!
