This experience was a horrible experience they destroyed my kid’s hair. First we go in and show her the image we want and I ask if she wants me to leave the pic their but she said she would be fine without it. Took 40 minutes and basically just shaved my son’s head with a bit on the front turned ouy so bad and after in the shower a lot of hair fell off so it was basically a shaved head

Critical: ProfessionalismI went there for my two years old son’s haircut. And he was okay. The hairdresser cut half way and then he just said I can’t do the haircut. I was like what. My son was not even crying he was just moving his hands etc which i could control. I was like why did you even start his haircut on the first place if you can’t finish that. His manager came with rolling eyes and just said we are not going to charge you their hairdresser is not comfortable. Very unprofessional and i will never go there. She gave me a jam up haircut that was better than a $70 haircut from a high end boujee place. She’s invested in her education with cutting hair and it shows.
