I got my nails done with Gel polish on a Sunday and my nails started peeling off 2 days later! My toes are lumpy, I’ve never had this problem with gel before!!! It’s beautiful inside, but they’re too expensive for this to be happening

Critical: Quality, ValueI really want to like this place considering that I don’t stay too far from this location, BUT every single time I come here I leave disappointed. The older woman who did my pedicure did a horrible job. There is nail polish on my skin, the polish looks uneven and the shape of my nails looks jagged. Please save your money and DO NOT come here or at least make sure you get someone else to do your nails. I highly recommend Footprints Spa. They cost more, but they get it right every time and the only reason I came here was because Footprints Spa was booked. Please save your money. I really want to like this place considering that I don’t stay too far from this location, BUT every single time I come here I leave disappointed. The older woman who did my pedicure did a horrible job. There is nail polish on my skin, the polish looks uneven and the shape of my nails looks jagged. Today, I stopped by to have eyelashes extensions service preparing for my trip to France. This is shop the epitome of poor customer service. When I entered I was asked what service I needed and I replied eyelash extensions. Before I could sit down the male worker stated, I needed an appointment and then nodded in the direction of a female worker. He stated I had to check with her, I approached her and asked, “Do you have any available appointments?” The woman never got up to look at an appointment book and she took one look at me and stated, “I don’t think so.” She didn’t even make mention of any future appointments for Sunday or the days following. I tried this place once for nails and they were horrible but I was told that women love the way this woman do their lashes, now I see not only are they horrible at doing nails, their customer is in the toilet! The best nail shop is Designer Nails and they have good customer service! I will definitely spread the word!

Do not waste your time or your money going to this place! I have been getting my nails done for years, and I have to say, this is the worst they’ve ever looked. They’re very rude. Brian, is the worst employee there. The gel, peeled off after one day. My nail broke after a two days. They’re better employees and people in Warner Robins. There’s better salons, in Warner Robins. They enjoy, gossiping about you, and talking down to you. This place is a joke. I wish I could give it less than one star -⭐

I’ve been going here for a while. I never had issues to this year. When i got my acrylics done alot of the time i had issues with them falling off way before they should have, or a few days after getting them done. I never was ruff on them, i always take care of them. Well since i no longer have them i decided to come in for a miniature and pedicure well not even a week later my gel polish is coming off for no reason. Im sadly so disappoint because everyone here is so nice and friendly.
