I walk in, 1st client of the day, get seated for gel mani/gel pedi. Great, right?… well , the woman doing my nails , specifically the mani, was so cheap with the color. I asked if she could do another coat, but was brushed off. She finishes and my nails look marbled, no solid color.. and what’s more they’re already chipped. I got them done Friday 1/21 and first chipped Monday 1/24!. What The What!! I paid enough for a good job gell mani.. for that I should have for regular polish… Would love my $back!

Honestly was so horrible . I paired $33 for a white gel manicure and it’s the more horrible thing ever . She didn’t even try . Plus the lady got mad because Apple Pay didn’t work and wanted me to venmo . They didn’t even paint it to the root of my nail . I’m 23 and when I asked for a drink it was a a child drink with no alcohol. NEVER COMING BACK .

Too overpriced and horrible service. Today me and my friend arrived classy nail salon at 7 pm. I asked for deluxe pedicure and gel manicure charge me $61. rush to scrub my feet and didnt do a good job on my heel and Deluxe pedicure come w hot stone. never got my hot stone. rush to drill my nail and hard so bad. half way my manicure she have to do other costumer eyebrows while i am sitting here waiting…

I love the new guy John that does my nails and Raymond does my pedi really good. Dorothy is the best eyebrow specialist. The coordinator u see when u first enter is very pushy but once u have found your techs, classy nails turn into happy nails.

Nothing “Classy” about this place. Dirty, and rude staff. Not attentive to the customer. Asked for a pedicure, was sat down instantly. While taking a seat, the nail tech asked for the service I needed and color of choice. At this time she threw the price and service list on my lap and did not give me enough time to make my selection for my nail color. She was on the phone and texting. Kept throwing my feet into the water and slapping my foot whenever she needing it back. I selected the service #2 but received a service of 15 minutes and a scolding to only be at the nail drying station for 5 minutes. All this “service” for $37.00. Close this place down.

I went in with my sister on Wednesday evening 6/22/2022 for mani & pedi gel manicure. Lady coordinator at the front desk at first accomidated us to our eyebrow wax. Right after she was rude, inconsiderate & unprofessional. I told her what I wanted after her rushing me & throwing 10 thousand questions at me, I told her I wanted short gel mani with my reasoning she turns around to tell me she didn’t care. Then tells me to sit down.

Wow! They did a great job. My fingernails were a disaster and when I saw this place I decided to walk in. It took a day or two to get used to the manicure but wow! My fingers feel so much better!!!

Horrible! Be careful, some of them dont do their jobs well, its like they are trying to reach a quota, as many clients as possible, and the quality becomes very poor but they dont care, as long as they have many customers in a day. They dont clean the nails very well from the get go, leaving the polishing so ugly. Only few women knows how to do their job correctly.
