Lisa was amazing. She knew that I had to get home to my cats so she made it very convenient for me to get my schedule an appointment and get it done within an hour. I had a great time and although they didn’t have all the colors I needed I am happy with how they turned out. This facility seems extremely clean despite what other people say, I had a great time here. Would come back again. I got scared of the price mark ups listed on the wall but it turned out to not be as much as they said.

Just got one of the best pedicures ever. Walked in, got taken right away. They have a lot of people working there. They use the bowl liners which I like. Free cold waters to drink. She spent a lot of time on me! Very thorough. I got an older woman and she did a good job. I’ll be back.

I won’t go back. The place is not clean. The plexiglass partitions were filthy, the towels were dingy and the stations were splattered with polish. The employees were speaking to each other in another language continuously. It was very awkward and I felt uncomfortable. Manicure

I’ve tried this place a few times and I keep trying to like it, but it just doesn’t measure up to other salon’s. The last time I went I brought my daughter, 8 year old, in for a polish change. She was pretty excited, we were going to Florida the next day. The woman who greeted us looked pretty annoyed and told us to pick a color. Then she seated her on the last chair near the sink. It had some employee’s sweaters/coats on it. She did a super quick job. While she was drying, I tried to turn on the massage chair, but it was unplugged. I looked in the back for the plug and the woman was again annoyed. She said we were done and ushered us out. I gave her a good tip anyway, trying to show her she can still make money on a small job. Anyway, little girls look forward to getting their nails done. This experience wasn’t fun, it was gross having her sit on the other employee’s coats, and she was afraid of the mean lady. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you are going to spend a lot of money, maybe you’ll get better customer service.

Less than 30 minutes after I left, my nails got smudged. As I was drying my nails, the man told me that he put “quick dry” polish on and I was all set, to pay and leave. He them charged me more than the woman on the phone had told me. I had a wedding to go to and was not able to go back and have the nails fixed. Very disappointed that I was told to leave and my nails were dry yet my nails were not fully dried.

Jen don’t know what is happening but have been a customer for a long time and the pass to visits have been alful!!!!!! After 2 days my gel has cracked, peeled and made my own nails break . Maybe you need to upgrade your products and spend more time at the salon instead of the Cranston store before you lose all your customers. I would not even give this a one star . The products and quality has gone down will be looking for a new place
