I would love to give this place a 5 star review but when I call the spa for pricing I always leave paying something else. It would be great if the nail techs told me a service is going to cost more because XYZ instead of just doing it and I end up paying more without explaining to me the up charge. Gel here costs 15 dollars more and if you say no, which they will advertise “Gel lasts longer”, there seems to be some kind of comment about it. Kem is amazing but the other nail tech made me feel a certain way simply I didn’t want to pay the extra 15 dollars.

I was quickly seated for my dip and they were polite. Unfortunately, 5 of my nails fully cracked after only 4 days. Since I was already back home in California, I was unable to return for them to be redone. I called to explain and offered to send pictures and I asked for a partial refund since I will have to pay all over here in California. They told me they were unable to do this. I’m not happy about this at all and believe they should’ve done the right thing.
