Terrible! I went 2 weeks ago. They took off my old solar nails and ripped part of one of my real nails almost half off. It was bleeding. Sat and waited for about an hour and a half while one of their preteen daughters did my pedicure looks terrible and she did not file my toenails so they were all jagged. The guy who put the tips on my finger nails put some on that were too small. When the lady put on the new solar nails they were not thick enough no matter how many times I explained myself. They hurt because of the ripping of the natural nail. Finally it was over my fingernails were pretty. I was hoping it would last but alas here it is two weeks later and in the past two days they have all fallen off. Toe nail polish is flaking off as well . Waste of money and almost 3 hours of my time. Do not go here.

No customer service what so ever they don’t even communicate worst pedicure ever she literally repainted and repainted she kept taking off the gel I was getting frustrated & she look she her hated job ridiculous $40 waisted . &same with my nails she never bother to ask any questions they just try to rush you out and don’t even care about about what your needs . they have 0 customer service they are just there to take your money I will NOT be coming back here .

I came in Tuesday afterschool the husband told me he’ll charge 15 for a full so I picked my color the man started on my cousins they wife started on mine I told her how I want them and I ask why so much she said because you want the a coffin shape and its long so I explained what her husband said and her husband yelled at me and argued to me a customer!!!! Bad service so then she said she’ll do them medium sized and they’ll be 15 well I ended up paying more and they Ended up being extremely short like for a 10 year old. So not coming back. So bad job. Save your money and time!

I got a full set on Monday.. So the man started my nails.. and rightaway they looked horriible.. thin, the tip was way to small for my nail which made them look really narrow! Ugh! Everything I didn’t want. So I tell him thats not the color I requested. He says it’ll look better when finished and sat there & hoped they would. When I finally show the wife she says ‘ok I fix for you’ she did her best but they still look horrible. Its Saturday morning and I wake up to a nail on my bed. Sure enough they fell after only 4days. And they still charged me $30 bcause supposedly the were ‘solar’ the best they had. Ugh! Beyond annoyed with them. Do not recommed! Save ur time & money finding a better shop.
