This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised! These are for a wedding I’m in this weekend. The entire staff was so friendly and even the customers were kind and courteous and sparked up conversation. My technician was Jessica and she was soooo friendly! No miscommunications on what I needed and she even gave me a complimentary manicure on top of the typical acrylic process. I am definitely going to start booking appointments with her!!

Great little spot tucked in the corner of the shopping complex. Clean, bright facility. Staff is all incredibly helpful and friendly. Wide variety of nail services and waxing offered. I had an amazing deluxe spa pedicure done by Noelle! She was fabulous, handled my ticklish feet expertly, and worked out some serious knots in my calf during the massage. Highly recommend! They take appts and walk-ins.

Please do not waste your time going to get any nail services at this establishment. I had on nail tips with the dip and went back to get them done again. It was awful did not dissolve off old tip and glued a new tip on top. The dip was poorly done and not smooth at all, to include all over the sides of my fingers. I was dissatisfied immediately as you could clearly see lines and bumps. She only fixed 3 nails and said the rest was my fault. I have no clue how that could even at all be possible as she was the only one performing services on my nails.

I am highly disappointed with the results of my manicure. My nails are all different shapes and inconsistent. Lines aren’t straight in the polish designs, and the gel isn’t fully cured at all. The gel is bubbling up and peeling around the edges. I payed $85 dollars for not even $20 work. Gel manicures, Acrylic nails

As a walk-in my wait was less than 20 mins. Ginger did my feet. She’s an angel. And Van did my nails. FANTASTIC! Highly recommended. Very clean and Professional. I love it.

Sam and his wife are amazing! I was the last customer of the day, and they were super sweet, and hooked me up with the best pedi I’ve ever had! They even had glow in the dark SNS! And her eyebrow waxing game is on point!

Kenny and his staff do an excellent job. He has changed some staff and released the ones who weren’t performing adequately. I keep going back because of the courtesy and home-feeling I have when I’m there getting my nails done. I don’t think I’ll find another place like this one. Worth the trip from Aiken to North Augusta to have beautiful looking feet and hands. Keep up the great job you guys.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have never experienced the treatment I received at this nail salon at any salon I have attended. I went to this salon specifically because my sister said they perform children manicures. Mind you, they have children butterfly chairs. I had my niece and nephew with me along with my mom. I wanted my niece to get a manicure with me. When we entered, WE STOOD FOR AT LEAST 5 MINS with no one acknowledging us although they looked at us several times. When a female finally approached us and I told her what services I wanted, she immediately and obviously tried to give me answers that would encourage me not to get services done here. First, it was she had an appointment and my response was, “Do you not take walk ins?”, Then I asked how long will it be, she says a made up exaggerated number of 50 mins. So then I asked are you the only one who does kids?, then she says she is too young for the nail polish….SMH…So I say, no she is not. Then she says ok well 50 mins. MIND YOU, A LITTLE GIRL IS LITERALLY SITTING AT THE DRYER COUNTER DRYING HER NAILS! Needless to say, I did not give this establishment my business or my money, and she would have had 4 people get services as well as a tip and no bad review. We went to a salon that not only had better customer service, but it was also much nicer.
