Wow! I’m so happy with my nails!! Amanda is so sweet and so thorough. Her attention to detail is pristine! This was my first time trying dip with the chrome accent and she did a beautiful job! Pictured is an oval french tip + Chrome. I’m obsessed! I’m so excited to have found a nail tech so kind and so talented. 10/10 will be back regularly to see Amanda!

Be careful here. Had a senior stylist put a million foils in and it doesn’t even look like I had my hair done. My hair has never needed toned but their product made me brassy. Not pretty at all. I put my hair up and all I see is roots. Will never be back. My stylist was nice, not the salon for me obviously. Going back to Penzone.

Caroline is terrible. She cut too much off even with specific instructions to only trim. I do not recommend her. The receptionist Macey and Olivia are not the greatest either. However there are a few stylists they have done great to amazing jobs but I am very disappointed with Caroline for her service, Olivia and Receptionist Macey for poor customer service. I do not recommend this salon.

Katie was great about checking in frequently throughout the cut to make sure it was what I wanted. I also loved how she and Andie styled my hair and went home to many many compliments! After a few days, I decided I actually wanted even shorter of a cut and the salon was great about getting me in and giving me one of my favorite hair cuts yet! I loved this experience with Katie and Andie and absolutely plan on returning!An update several months later: I returned to JMAC and saw Andie who now has her own chair! She was absolutely great and catered the entire experience to my hair. She consulted with me throughout the cut and gave a suggestion of “invisible layers” which ended up looking great and taking away some of the weight of my hair! I also loved how she and Andie styled my hair and went home to many many compliments! I went in for a balayage, but that is not what I ended up with. The person doing my hair was nice enough, but I felt like she was trying to up-charge me for everything. She quoted me a price of over $300 which was way more than I expected… I told her I wasn’t looking to spend that much, we cut out a few things and decided on a partial balayage, which ended up still being $170 with a cut. My hair looked ok at first glance and I paid and left.. After I got home I started really looking at it more closely and after pulling my hair up I noticed my underneath was not colored and a lot of the parts that were colored looked very brassy. To be honest, I could have done a better job with a box color at home. For $170, I expected better. I will not be going there again.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ASHLEY! She always does a phenomenal job with my trim and has my hair longer than its ever been. Added bonus that her pricing is beyond reasonable and she’s a joy to converse with each visit, even remembering details of my personal life I forgot I even told her about. Can’t say enough good things about her and the salon.

I used to go to JBentley until the prices kept rising and the quality of my hair was unacceptable for how much I was paying. I took a leap of faith and moved over to JMAC with CASS and I could not be more grateful and happy. The service is excellent. Cass always does an outstanding job every. single. time. My hair has grown so much and the products used are perfection, not to mention ladies and guys.. her head massages at the shampoo bowl are to die for!!!!! Like hello, I’m sold. She treats me as if she’s known me for years and god bless her for being my therapist at times. The staff is very sweet and the salon is CLEAN! Huge points for me. I will continue to refer anyone and everyone. Best decision by far!
