My husband and I were visiting New Orleans for my first time and I needed to get my nails done. We decided to give this salon a try after reading so many good reviews. I’m super happy I decided to stop in because their service was great! I got a gel manicure on my real nails and Winnie was my tech and she was super sweet, kind and friendly. We basically talked the entire time that she did my nails. I absolutely appreciated the wonderful service since that’s lacking in A LOT of businesses these days. I got my nails done since Thursday while we were there, it’s now Monday and I’m back home in Georgia and I just couldn’t miss the opportunity to give them their credit. Thank you again WINNIE!!! You get an A+ from me! Please keep up the great customer service y’all!

I’ve been going to City Nails for about 6-7 months now, and I’ve had an overall, great experience. They are professional and very knowledgeable about their job and have endless colors available. I’ve come up with new ideas, and they’ve done great, dip manicures multiple times; I’ve gotten many compliments on my nails. The place is well lit and clean with a touch of elegance. I love those girls ❤️.

Very disappointed. Made an appointment on a Tuesday when we walked in for Friday. They call me on Thursday to move the appointment 3 hours later betcause the girl that booked it didn’t do it right is what I’m told. Then they don’t have my grandsons booked at all so now he can’t go cuz they have no openings. I’m a first time customer and they have really made a bad impression
