This was my first time trying this place out and unfortunately I will not be back. I made an appointment for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I showed a picture of a simple line design for both ring fingers and the design was horrible and in 2 different colors (gold vs silver) on both hands! I was not happy with the design and he tried to fix it but made it look worse. The pedicure was okay- there’s no foot massage, no hot towel, no stones for any part of it. I went to Aruba the next day for vacation and 2 nails chipped and by 3 days on vacation all of my nails chipped off leaving only the design on 2 fingers. Unfortunately this place just was not worth the price of $90 for it to peel all off from chipping in 3 days.

Used to love this place when they were on chestnut but honestly they went extremely down hill since the move – i get gel manicures and they typically last me 2-3 weeks. The past 2 times I gave City Nails on Square another shot – the gel lifted and chipped within a few days and I needed to either get it repaired or pay for another manicure, nice people but really not worth the money anymore

Walked in for pedicure. Was not busy, no wait after me. Nail tech did not cut or file toenails, nor asked if I wanted them cut. did not know how to deal with in grown nails. No foot or leg massage. Struggled to get paint on nail and not skin, very messy paint job.

The most unprofessional & racist place I’ve been to. Took 27 mins to fix 1 nail, she got up 3 times & charged me $10 for a nail fix with no design. It was empty when I came in during prime time & now I see why. Don’t waste your time. Manicure

got a $pecial spa pedi at the new location – the poor lady didn’t know how to use the bubble jelly packets and they never activated – they were out of the one i wanted too so they just picked one for me uhhhh. i told her it wasn’t working but she was insisting it was. $60 down the drain. i want to come back here and try again so hopefully the owner will get back to me 🙂

I have been to this nail saloon several times in the last year but to only get pedicures. I refer alot of my co workers to also go there. But never again this past Monday 9/30 I went at lunch time to get a gel manicure . I did find it alittle expensive but figured (or I should say was told) it was going to last two weeks well today is Friday and nope my nails are all chipping. (4 days it lasted) I went to the saloon on my lunch the lady who had done my nails did not want to fix them so another lady who worked there said she would fix them but I would need to pay. And I was not paying after I paid $30 to get them filed and painted and then tipped the girl. Well I will never be back and would never refer anyone ever again. No wonder it is always empty in there and this is the city nails on the square.

He never cleaned up my cuticles, did not push them back or cut the extra skin – when he finished the dip, there were voids and bumps everywhere. When I mentioned that I was not happy with it, he offered to put a gel coat on top, which was also poorly done, and didn’t tell me that he would be charging me extra for it. My nails are now ridiculously thick, unattractive, and uncomfortable. When I went to check out, he charged me for both a dip mani, gel, and the pedi came out to $72, which was ridiculous for the quality I received.
