Nail tech did a great job, was professional and courteous. The owner on the other was rude to me and unprofessional. She was too worried about paying “debit card fees” because I wanted to charge two separate cards in one transaction. It was not something difficult to do and technically it was still one transaction not two, but instead she let me walk out one unsatisfied customer. I let that lady keep her pennies, not even worth my time explaining anything to her.

OMG HORRIBLE PLACE DUDE DONT RECOMMEND, I went to get my nails blue almond nd Cindy cut of a peace of my skin on my nail nd when she was done with my nails they looked like claws nd the tip was Uneven to all of the tip nails and crooked NEVER GOING AGAIN ONLY FOR MY EYEBROWS CUZ CINDY DID GOOD. Called in the AM to set up a PM appointment. Told to be there at 1:00. Arrived 12:55. No one introduced themselves but I determined who I was to see. At 1:03 she called someone else to her chair. So, an having an APPOINTMENT was worthless. I knew it would be a 45-60 minute wait. About 10 minutes later a lady came in complaining that one of the techs had damaged her toenail. So, Cindy, with whom I had the appointment, stopped what she was doing for the lady who had been given my 1:00 appointment to work on the new lady’s toenail. More delay. And, she did NOT wash her hands between people!! At 1:20 I left knowing I would NEVER go there again and will caution people to avoid it. Although it is a SERVICE business, it is clear these people do not care for the customers they are to be serving. And the lack of hygiene is frightening. I should probably report them to the state licensing board but will leave that for someone else. HORRIBLE place!!!

I came here for the first time today with my mom and I am VERY disappointed and feel ripped off. We called before coming in and they said nails are $30. They charged me $60 for my nails because they were ombré, glitter and coffin shaped. I have NEVER paid this much for nails and they’re FULL of imperfections. You can feel the glitter through my top coat and you can see where they’re not even. When I was done I paid for my nails. BUT when my mom was done they charged her $110 for both of us even though I had already paid. Then they didn’t return it on her card but gave her cash instead. I do not recommend this place but if you do go here ask how much they’ll charge for what you want. Apparently they charge an arm and a leg for extras.

Men this is a great place to get that back message you need and you get your feet cleaned up. Yea I say I go for a pedicure but it’s that chair message I love the most. Friendly staff very professional. I paid 25 dollars. I recommend this place to every one I know.
