I love the stylist I work with! The atmospheres is pretty fun too, aside from the woman who sets appointments. She’s has abominable deportment and is discourteous. I have been here several times since I first moved here. The girls are average, (Julie may be best), except Aretas (disappointing) and she is supposed to be a pro. The cons are: each one of the girls will try to change your appointment to do bayalage$. They foil bayalage for highlights and price is $500 with poor results. Plus tip with Aretas bill was $700. If I pay $500 for hair plus 25 percent tip, it better look significantly different than when I walked out. (Sadly not). This place is just blah. Girls are young and need skills improvement for prices they charge. Receptionist is not friendly or even offers smile. Save$ your money.

I got my haircut and highlights from Aretas at this place, she did a great job. She is an amazing, talented and kind woman I am so glad I have her as my hair stylist. I really recommend her, she is so professional in her job and uses newest techniques to make you look gorgeous.

I’ve been going to Chromatique for years and absolutely love it. I see Jenni, who is so incredibly talented, and have referred a few friends to see her (who all love her, too!). Asian hair is so different, so it’s important to have a stylist who knows how to work with Asian hair textures. She also cuts my daughters’ hair, which I know is a bit of an indulgence for 7- and 4-year olds, but I have seen too many awful haircuts from kiddo salons, so it’s worth every penny to see Jenni (heh, I’m a poet).

This was my first time at Chromatique Salon and had an incredible experience with Maddy! I went in with a few ideas for a haircut, but not entirely sure. She helped walk me through a few options, and find what would work best for me. She’s easy going and great to talk with the whole time. She did a fantastic job styling my haircut for me as well! Highly recommend, and excited to come back for the next touch up.
