Michael was asked to put dye only at the bottom of my hair and refused to listen. I can see literal burn marks around my scalp right now because he refused to hear me when I stated to him that I did not want my hair dyed or any kind of chemical etc near my scalp, as I had just lost a lot of hair and it was just starting to grow back. He told me that I needed to listen to him because he was a professional. A professional who burns peoples scalps? Really? Then continued to quietly berate me for asking that the dye be washed out as he started to wet my hair. At which point I told him someone else needed to wash this dye out of my hair, as I wasn’t going to be made to feel bad for being forced to do something I didn’t like or want, possibly damaging my hair and scalp permanently. He said “good luck” and walked away. The person at the front desk still tried to charge me for the color I had asked (repeatedly) not to have put in my hair! My hair is now a dark brown. I did NOT WANT THIS. Michael needs to learn how professional it truly is to actually listen to what a customer is telling them about what they do and do not want to have done to their hair.
