I work, work, work-and I never seemed to have enough time to relax, until I went to see Chris. Chris is great with helping you de-stress with massage, which I never knew I needed until I took a second to pause. He has several therapies that he can apply depending on what ails you, which is fantastic because as a small business owner, I am always moving around and never know how I may be feeling stress or pain wise the next day. Aside from his obvious skill and mastery in massage therapy, he is in constant learning mode and shares his wisdom with his clients to get the best care possible, even outside of his treatments. Personally, I like the bowen therapy – it helps me feel relaxed. But trust Chris and his recommendations to get you back in working order and feeling your best out there!

Chris is a compassionate, professional CMT who has done a terrific job targeting and relieving my pain, and teaching me techniques to stay pain and injury free. Operating out of a cozy and inviting treatment room in the heart of Vienna, Chris utilizes both Bowen and Emmett therapies (energy work combined with trigger point initiation) to soothe injured muscles, restore movement and range of motion, and overall well-being. He works with everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, treating each client individually with tremendous skill and utmost professionalism. Chris was recommended to me many years ago as “the best massage therapist in Northern Virginia.” I wouldn’t doubt that. He is professional and committed to my well-being. Previously, I had been to many masseurs (won’t dignify them with the term therapist) and found them to have very few modalities. The choices usually related to how hard you wanted them to work. Chris alters the method of therapy to suit my specific goals. I’ve always been impressed at how he continues his training in many different therapies in order to ensure the best care possible. He’s helped me through pain from injuries, tightness, and general aches from my lack inability to do what’s needed to take care of myself.
