Worst phone etiquette. I’m not a difficult person, but when you answer “we close after our last appointment ” and don’t give me an actual time to be helpful, you are being evasive and not direct or helpful. Will avoid on any future visits to KC.

Worst haircut I’ve got in my entire life! So bad, I had to go to another place the same night to get it at least look decent enough to go to work the next day. Since this was my first time here, I showed the guy (an elderly guy with white hair) pictures of my haircut that I’ve always had, and even explained it to him, but still managed to screw it up! Found a different place for my next haircut, never going to this one ever again!
