Been here twice now. The place is clean and the massage is good. They have a cooler with water which is great after a massage. That’s pretty much all I look for in massage places 🙂

5 Star for the massages (I have had good to great massages depending on the person servicing). 1 star for the rude owner/appointment person. He is lucky to have great Masseurs working for him or we (several of us go to these masseurs) would have never returned. The owner/appointment person doesn’t seem to understand the meaning of appointment nor respect customers’ schedules. One of these days I will hit my limit with this guy and stop going all together. I feel bad for the masseurs that work for this place.

I cannot give them 0 stars unfortunately. I had the worst experience possible. Imagine, you have very busy schedule, you set up an appointment and you drive 30 minutes to get there. After 5 minutes on the table the masseur tells you, that your appointment is not confirmed, your time double booked and you have to leave. Natural Therapy of showing you to the door. You need to get written confirmation from their manager that you have an appointment. But I think the best is to avoid that place at all. There are so many places offering same massage plus excellent service..

They do a decent job and you can’t beat the prices – but you also get what you pay for. Staff is pretty rude – owner demands what time and day you’ll come in. And the massage therapists can have attitudes – I asked them to break a $20 for tip (which was going to be $15) and they tried to walk away with the whole bill but I insisted they break it… hand them the $15 and they snatched it with a scowl and without a thank you. Very strange place…

The massage is good but…… I went with some friends and because i like it that day i made an appointment for my husband to have it days after. So the day it was my husband appointment i recibe a call from a guy asking me if he can go earlier and because he wasn’t with my at that moment i couldn’t answer the guy immediately. The guy ask me to try to reach my husband and asks him about. I couldn’t reach my husband at a time so i called back the guy back and tell him that i didn’t find my husband so we’ll keep the original appointment. I don’t know if he didn’t understand what i said to him but he kept trying to change the time of the app. He was very pushy with an attitude so i ended canceling the app.

Best place ever.tried many places but this is a best .going there for more than an year every week.very easy to schedule appointment, just call in advance, they are very flexible. Girls remember clients and their problems and demands. If you like hard or easy massage, with hot stones or without. Very clean and neat.

Had horrible experience here! Therapist was clearly “going through the motions” during session, using mostly forearms (which is least effort on her part). The worst part, though, was the in-your-face tip solicitation and incredulous response when tip was, in her eyes, not sufficient ($10). Not sure if she’s an owner or employee, but with someone like that there; it’s amazing they’re still in business.
