Seems like they’re always booked for weeks on end and you hardly ever get to talk to someone on the phone because it’s usually an answering machine. I think the stylists there do a great job if you’re lucky to get in though. I know a lot of places may be dealing with staffing shortages and I can understand that to a point. There’s other places that’ll take people in sooner without any issues. It’s hot or miss with this place, pretty much like the doctors office. Plan on waiting a week or more for a haircut.

I have been going here for many years. I will never go anywhere else. Amazing staff. Wonderful service. Stylists know what they are talking about, very knowledgeable. They always know exactly what I want and how to cut/style it. I get my hair done by Shorty but if she is out Anne or Holly does my hair. They all know what they are doing. Appointments are necessary. I don’t believe they accept walk-ins. Booking the appointment is so worth it though. I will never need anyone more.

I have gone to Kaylyn on 3 separate occasions, and she is AMAZING. She is newer to the salon, but you would never know it; as she is honest, respectful, and determined to do her absolute best to achieve the look you want. Aside from Kaylyn being great, the salon as a whole is fantastic – especially the environment. Each time I have been there, the ladies have been upbeat, and love to give their honest input on others’ work; this has me feeling great every time I leave. If you’re a talker (like me), this is the perfect place for you, the stylists are always very personable. 5 stars & 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new salon!!

What an exceptional staff at the Hair Shoppe! I have been going to Tina for years and never once have I been disappointed. The staff is friendly, the premises is well maintained, and sanitation is of the utmost regard here. I know many others that come here and are well taken care of. The staff is friendly, and I’ve never experienced any significant delays in my appointment starting. The prices are extremely reasonable too. Chambersburg is lucky to have this place.
