Was excited when I got the initial consultation and ready to start the sessions so they get you an estimate of the services you’re seeking with a grand total (mine being well over 7 grand and paid in full). I had confidence that these treatments would work so I just signed and showed up for my first appointment with a pumped “let’s do this” mindset. The process is very uncomfortable but I withstood it cause I was in that energy of changing myself for the better plus the staff also hypes and encourages you as well so that keeps you motivated. Not going to say anything bad about the staff because they are really nice and my issue is not with them moreso with their policies that they fail to mention during your inital consultation. I noticed I wasn’t getting the results I expected and honestly felt and looked the same as before so I call and ask if I could get a refund for the remaining sessions that I have not done yet and they set me up with an appointment to take some pictures to compare and try to convince me to do the other sessions but my mind had already been made up way before, all I really wanted was my money back for the services that have not been rendered, and so after all the picture taking and a little talking they said that cool sculpting does not do any refunds. Long story short, if you’re thinking about going through with this just make sure you start small with one session so you can see if it works and is right for you otherwise if you blindly jump in like I did and pay for all these sessions up front only to find out it’s not as good as you’d hoped it be, you’re out of your hard earned money for sure. Since i had done only one session and did not want to do the rest, they ended up keeping roughly 6 grand of my money basically for free.
