I came here for a haircut and was pleasantly surprised with the “chic” environment and awesome service. The store decors were very modern, up-beat music was playing in the background, and everyone (including the employees) seemed really happy. It was a Saturday and they were pretty busy. I came in without an appointment, but was able to get my haircut within 15 minutes. They were pretty good at communicating my estimated wait time. The owner cut my hair. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He was very attentive to details and you can tell that he’s very passionate with what he does. I am very satisfied with my new due and would definitely recommend others to come here get their “look on”. They got my seal of approval!

It is rare to find a salon as exceptional as this one! Not only is every one there an amazing professional but they truly value you as a customer and as an individual. Everyone there is capable of providing an excellent service! My first time going I wanted a complex Design and Minh immediately replied,”no problem, we’ll try to do anything you bring[…]we enjoy the challenge” everyone there is patient, understanding, and accommodating. This is by far the best hair salon I have ever been to. The place is clean and the staff is great! The minute you walk in they make you feel so welcomed. The staff engages with you and not just cut your hair and send you on your way. I live way across town with tons of barbershop and hair salon around, yet I rather drive across town for this level of service. Their ours are very flexible and even open on weekend! The prices are very reasonable. Also they are family friendly so if you need to bring kids go right ahead. The owner Minh, you can tell he enjoys what he does and cares about his business. The ladies that work there are fun to talk to and are very friendly.

I have been searching high and low for the perfect place to have my haircut. Not only did I find a place that cuts my hair, I have met some of the most amazing and friendly people who work here. The welcoming environment and friendly customer service is enlightening throughout my visits and love going back. Sit back and relax to a refreshing beverage as you are provided good conversation and on top of that, you can earn 10% off after so many visits! I’ve been to quite a few nail salons but this place by far is the best for so many reasons! Shawna did my nails & and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! She was really personable and kept me engaged in conversation. The entire staff & owner were all down to earth and friendly. I didn’t feel out of place or uncomfortable like most places I’ve been to. Super clean and inviting inside. Definitely recommend this place! Ask for Shawna!

If you want honest people, a great atmosphere, excellent customer service and an all around great time while getting your nails done then you absolutely need to try CHIC Hair and Nail salon. I have found my serenity. Minh is amazing and funny. He makes you feel at home while making you look fabulous. Genesis is the most talented artist I’ve seen in a long time. She makes sure you love your nails before leaving. I live about 30 minutes away from the salon and I will never go anywhere else. I have finally found my nail heaven.
