The staff is always very polite and the room is always very clean. The customer service was excellent throughout. The clinic is very knowledgeable about health questions and has a variety of programs available. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend them. The support I received here has made me look forward to my appointments, and I’m excited about the potential to be successful with weight loss with the tools I’ve been given today. I will definitely be continuing with them. I haven’t had any bad results either. If you are looking for this type of help, I highly recommend Cherry Creek Medical Weight Loss.

I am new to Colorado and I couldn’t have picked a better facility! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable especially Nadia! She is very nice and just pleasant to talk to and makes you feel very welcome. Not to mention the views from the building as well as how they have it set up inside! I want to hire their interior designer. Very cozy and relaxed. Very pleased with my first month here and will definitely be continuing with them. My results haven’t been so bad either 😉

Critical: Communication, Professionalism**UPDATE**I had an appointment this morning to refill prescription and had an absolute terrible experience! They were totally un-organized and unprofessional, especially Luz.While I am bothered they still require a mask, that’s not why I’ll never return. Not only did they fail to mention full details of my appointment prior to coming in (need a mask and need to have blood work done), they had staff NOT wearing one!!! And they don’t even provide the cheapest ones. She inserted her OPINION on how everyone should ALWAYS wear a mask and asked that I reschedule. Lol, like NO THANKS— I’ll gladly take my $250 somewhere else— bye and thanks for wasting my time✌ I purchased a 30 day weight loss package on Groupon and went in for my appointment last week. Thought location was in Cherry Creek but it is actually in Glendale. Office is small but nice. Nadia was excellent and made my experience a very pleasant one. All the info was clearly explained to me in a timely manner. I love that I was able to take the B12 injections home with me to administer them myself. I came here for the hormone therapy and the weight loss program. The customer service was great all around. One employee stands out and I always love getting her to do my initial set up. Nadia is amazing at taking blood I have small veins and it always takes a few times to get blood but she gets it first try every time and is enjoyable to chat with. Amazing customer service. The entire clinic is very informative with health questions and about the many programs they have available. If you are looking for this type of help I would highly recommend coming to cherry creek medical weight loss. Defiantly a 5 Star company.
