Nicole did my color and I’m in love. From the start of the service she showed professionalism, and efficiency with timing. I came in for highlights and toner, and left extremely satisfied. This review is for Anna Fiorino. I went to her years ago and still to this day, every time that I get my haircut I remember how she got annoyed and berated me for tilting my head. I have spinal issues and my alignment is off from a car accident, so I had no idea I was tilting. I even gently mentioned to her that this might be why. I was genuinely trying to stay as still and straight as possible and kept apologizing. I remember feeling so awful after going to her a few times that I never wanted to go back. I have been to several stylists and no one has ever treated me that way. I am getting treatment for my spine and neck but it’s been a long process. I just felt there was a lack of respect and she mentioned several times how her clients are influencers. Sorry I don’t use social media and am not an influencer. Maybe then she would’ve been nicer to me.

I’ve been going to Chaz Dean for several months now and they’re absolutely fantastic. The ambience is flawless, they always get back to me ASAP if I need to change something or reschedule, and I leave with vibrant color every time. Truly an oasis in the middle of LA. I’ve been seeing Monica religiously – she’s a breath of fresh air. No matter what kind of day I’m having she brightens it right up!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis salon offered outdoor haircuts which I had requested from my usual salon but they were unable to accommodate. I visited the Chaz Dean Studio today for the first time. My stylist Ben was fantastic & Julie at the counter was awesome. In fact all the people were pleasant & not intrusive. I was a bit concerned before going that there was a possibility that this place may be a tad too ritzy or possibly even stuck-up or (yikes) a bad cut, but to the contrary, I felt right at home & had a great time. I was told to arrive with my hair already washed as they could only offer haircuts during Covid. Ben did an excellent job, has a keen eye for things other stylists missed, plus I bought the brush & supplies he used or recommended for my fine hair so I could continue the treatment at home.
