Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI used to come here often but shatiya the stylist called herself getting a attitude when I asked for a refund on my deposit because I wasn’t able to make the appointment due to a funeral . Mind you i tipped her a few times for her service. She isn’t professional and I feel that way because she’s always running late rather u come early or not.
