Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been here so many times and every time I’m always amazed! (I’ve been hesitant to write this review because I want to keep them my own little secret! ) I love coming here with my mom for a mother-daughter date and have gotten gel, acrylics, and powder dip! My mom has gotten the same plus pedicures and regular polish and every time is amazing service. Unfortunately/fortunately they’re so good they’re getting more popular so try to make an appointment if you can! Typically they’ll do a hand massage and back massage with lotion/essential oil. In the winter they’ll typically do paraffin wax as well, which is just extra top notch! Honestly any tech you get will treat you wonderful. I live down in DC and will always wait to come back here, haven’t found a salon that compares! They even have a membership program and gave me a coupon for next time when they found out it was my birthday. (I’ve been hesitant to write this review because I want to keep them my own little secret! ) I love coming here with my mom for a mother-daughter date and have gotten gel, acrylics, and powder dip! I’ve always had a hard time finding a nail salon I really like. However, the salon is clean, everyone there was kind and helpful. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they made sure to get as close as possible to that image. They did an amazing job! I’ll definitely be back! Today was my first time at Charm Nails! I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi for my birthday. I’ve always had a hard time finding a nail salon I really like. However, the salon is clean, everyone there was kind and helpful. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they made sure to get as close as possible to that image. They did an amazing job! The entire staff is so friendly, accommodating (and I’m always making appointments last minute or on the fly with my hectic schedule) and every nail technician is skilled in their craft and truly wants every customer to leave happy and satisfied. I have pretty much had every service done at Charm Nail & Spa and they have maintained their high level of service each and every time. They have an extensive selection of both dip powder and gel polish colors and their back massages are excellent! I almost hate to leave another well-deserved awesome review for them because I still want to be able to get in for an appointment when I need to, but I have to give them their props. The entire staff is so friendly, accommodating (and I’m always making appointments last minute or on the fly with my hectic schedule) and every nail technician is skilled in their craft and truly wants every customer to leave happy and satisfied.
