I loved the massage and facial, but the mani-pedi was just ok. My nails have already smudged twice (once fixed by the techs before I left). Very clean and professional atmosphere, albeit loud downstairs compared to the serene spa upstairs.

I cannot praise Irina enough. Irina is very attentive, and you can she truly enjoys what she does and where she does it – her over two decades of service here speaks volumes to that as well! She is very personable and has a warm and welcoming persona. I highly recommend Irina’s services and will definitely be back for more nail and massage services with her!

Well… I’m pretty disappointed. I called to schedule an hour long pedicure. When I arrived the salon was busy and everyone appeared friendly. It was very cold in the pedicure area (offering blankets or a hot towel would be a nice touch for the spa). It was loud didn’t have the quiet spa feel I was expecting it to have. After the pedicure service I paid at register and the young lady was very sweet. She handed me a small gift bag with coupons, samples, and a Hershey’s kiss (very cute touch). I paid $90 and tipped $5. When I walked out I noticed bubbles within the big toe gel polish. I walked in asked for it to be fixed. They sat me down and “fixed” the big toe gel polish. She asked if it looked ok. I said yes… because it did. When I got to my hotel I noticed it was bubbling again and it was sticky/slimy. It looks horrible worst $95 I’ve spent on a pedicure. I’m disappointed and now I’m looking for a different salon to fix this before I fly out Friday… not to mention I need a fill and would have gone back there today to get it done if they would’ve done a better job. Just a bummer 🙁

Aesthetician did an amazing job. Manicurist was wonderful also. I like that wine, coffee, and tea are offered with a side of cookies (if you like). This place is very relaxing. I’ll definitely be back for my spa treatment soon.

I used changes for a group of seven. The technicians did an amazing job and all of the staff were very polite – the space is also great! Main point of feedback is the disconnect between front desk and staff – some changes we made to our schedule lineup via phone call weren’t actually put into to the system or communicated forward. Overall , would go back but would confirm multiple times that they’re able to do the system changes.

When I was still in the Navy and we would come back in port, I always made sure to schedule an appointment here. They tend to your needs and are caring. I’ve relocated now and this place has heightened my expectations. It’s hard to find a place that matches the quality. I miss this place and I plan on giving my sister in law a gift certificate here.
