Kim helped her move around and made sure she was comfortable. Hai did her nails and did a fantastic job – she is very happy! Jess did my pedicure and it was the best one I’ve ever had. In fact, I quit getting them done because everywhere else hurts me or rushes so fast to get it done that it’s not enjoyable. Not here! We will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend going here! It is also very clean which I appreciate. I took my 92 year old grandma here to get her nails done and they were so very sweet, caring and respectful to her. Kim helped her move around and made sure she was comfortable. Hai did her nails and did a fantastic job – she is very happy! Jess did my pedicure and it was the best one I’ve ever had. In fact, I quit getting them done because everywhere else hurts me or rushes so fast to get it done that it’s not enjoyable. Not here! First I have to say, the staff at this salon are very very kind. I called yesterday and scheduled a same day appointment within 30 minutes. I told the girl who answered the phone that I had a hard gel overlay on my natural nails that i needed taken off and then a new set (of acrylics, because they don’t offer gel extensions).

In a word: disappointing. They recorded our appointment incorrectly. Scheduled 5 people instead of 3. When the mistake was noticed we had to choose what service we weren’t going to have because they didn’t have the time. We were the only 3 people there. Did 1 pedicure and 2 manicures in 30 minutes. They said they couldn’t do art design on dipped nails, said they didn’t add tips to dipped nails. Jolie Nails does both. ♀️ The set of Acrylic nails are already lifting off after 1 week. The pedicure wasn’t cleaned up from the polish that was painted on the toes but it wasn’t terrible. Would have liked my feet to have soaked a bit longer. Each service was $45. Not a lot of bang for your buck.

The people are super nice, however the quality of nails are absolute trash. I had an older gentleman that was very sweet. He filled my acrylic nails. When he used the drill he kept hitting my cuticles making them hurt. The nail polish is lumpy and uneven. The top coat is patchy on 8/10 fingers. Nails are a 2 stars service is 5 stars.
