The two owners are extremely professional yet friendly and talkative . Megan does my hair color, cut and blow-dry and always does an excellent job! She listens to me carefully and offers suggestions I may want to consider….which i usually agree with. She spends plenty of time with me, talks to me, and doesn’t forget me while the color is processing.

I am new to the area as Active Duty Army and was given recommendations for this salon. I asked for a few inches cut and face framing layers. Stacy did a dry cut, which wouldn’t have been a big deal but my hair was very kinked from being in a bun. She didn’t ask about how short I wanted the framing and didn’t offer any styling. After doing my hair by myself at home, it still looked terrible. There was a huge chunk of hair cut way too short and not blended in at all. I left a voicemail because they didn’t answer during their business hours. They text me the next day and offered an appointment during the work day, which I couldn’t make for obvious reasons, or another appointment ten days away. They have no regard for client satisfaction and were not accommodating to fix their mistake. Don’t waste your time here!

Stacey made me fall in love with my hair again!!! After neglecting my hair for almost 2 years, I took the plunge and went in for a cut & color. Stacy looked at my inspiration photos (we all have them) and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! I felt like a hair model – it was so perfect! All the ladies there are so friendly and not to mention the amazing prices! If you are on the fence about going here for services, I hope you decide to take the plunge like I did. You will not be disappointed!

I got my hair cut a year ago and left a 2 star review with no explanation. I have never forgotten the bad experience I had here. I have very long hair down to my waist and the lady was irritated and making rude remarks about my hair to other stylists. All I wanted was a 1-inch trim. It’s a shame because the rest of the staff is very kind and they’re decently skilled but I have never and will never go back here after feeling so unwelcomed. Go to Lavender Hill Spa Salon instead.
