Michelle is friendly but very poor customer service. Had an appointment… waited 30 mins to then be asked to come back or wait another 30 mins. The most annoying experience. I only ever see 2 techs so they tend to move on the slower side but overall very disappointed, huge waste of time.

I went to get a pedicure and worked with Michelle she was super friendly and extremely professional. I love the fact that she is a perfectionist and just wants to make her customers happy. I will be a returning customer. Super happy that she was able to squeeze me in on a busy day.

Been coming here for a few years with my mom. Love the owner Michelle, she does a great job and is always so nice. Theyre very clean, always have nice colors, do a great job, and it always lasts a long time. They are one of the few places that still use hot stones in their pedicures which I love!

This was my first and last visit. My colleague suggested Champagne Nails and I decided to seek service there due to location convenience. I came in, selected my color (very minimum selection of colors), then was told I had to wait until two people who had just walked in were done with their services before I could receive services because they just called and were there for their 11:30 appointment. However, it’s now 11:57. That was very unprofessional and poor customer service. It is not 1960. I will take my money elsewhere where my business is welcomed and honored.

Exceptional work. I had been elsewhere that morning where they did a terrible job. I called Champagne Nails for help. I needed my nails fixed right away. Champagne nails was so courteous and professional. They assured me that I had nothing to worry about. They were right! Champagne nails is clean, friendly and professional.

terrible customer service, always say they have appointments open and just over book. regardless whether you have an appointment or not you will be there for a minimum of a couple hours maybe more. plan on spending your whole afternoon getting your nails done if you come here.
