Chai Hong Rainbow

Critical: ProfessionalismIt was my first time going in for fake nails at any place and this place made me scared to try it again. I have bit my fingernails my whole life and tried everything to stop to no avail so a friend suggested I get fake nails. I was skeptical but figured I’d try it. I looked on her website, didn’t really understand the wording since I’m new but figured a full set of squoval really short length nails would be 40-45. When I went she said it would be $65. I figured that’s way to much but still decided to do it. She didn’t let me choose nail type or length or anything and just decided for me what I would want. During it she was very rude and couldn’t understand why a guy would get their nails done. After gluing like 3 nails on, on each hand I finally said I can go somewhere else if she would like. She got very angry, didn’t want to give me any of my money back. Wouldn’t take the glued nails off so I was running around downtown with 3 long nails on each hand wondering how to take them off. I happened to see KWB paints on main and thought maybe acetone would help. The lady there was very sympathetic and nice especially considering I had to of been freaking out. On a side note excellent service at KWB paints. I went home and dipped my hands in acetone and finally got them off. Long story short it was a horrible experience that has made me scared to even try to go to a nail salon again. I don’t know what the service is like if you’re a female but if you’re a male DO NOT go here. She will make snide, rude remarks the whole time. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityYall… do not go to chai Hong rainbow.The lady was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive. I went originally to have my acrylic nails removed and a manicure done. She flat out refused to remove them and instead offered me a fill. She sanded everything off of my nails that was originally just French tips, she didn’t fill them after sanding. She started painting them straight away, with a color I didn’t choose. Yeah you read that right… a color I didn’t pick. When I attempted to ask her she screamed “I don’t speak English Understand?” Weird she had no problem understanding before. She said my nails were “old” about 2 1/2 weeks but ok so I asked for a new set in which she responded “You cannot afford new set, too much money for you.” When I asked her to clean under my nails she screamed at me to “Stop wasting her time”Theirs so much more but this sums it up, never ever go there.Service: Acrylic nailsYall… do not go to chai Hong rainbow.The lady was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive.
