The office at this building was disgusting. There was urine and hairs on the toilet for a 9:15 am appointment!! The rest of the office was notably dirty as well. I needed to schedule a follow up appointment, but I wanted to leave within minutes after visiting the office. If you can’t clean a floor or a toilet, then the equipment is probably not being sterilized properly either.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! MY APPT TIME WAS AR 4:15. I SHOWED UP AT 4:00. WAITED IN THE WAITING ROOM TILL 4:50 THEN APPROACHED THE RECEPTIONIST TO SEE IF I WAS GOING TO BE SEEN SOON. I HAVE THREE SMALL KIDS AT HOME THAT I HAD MADE ARRANGEMENTS SO I COULD TALK WITH A DR AND NOT HAVE KIDS WITH ME! THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THE DR IS RUNNING BEHIND AND THAT THERE IS STILL THREE PPL AHEAD OF ME. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CUZ THATS HOW THEY TREAT YOU HERE LIKE YOUR TINE DOESNT MATTER. IF I WAS AN HOUR LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT FOR A REAL PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIST I WOULD BE TURNED AWAY. THE OFFICE COULD HAVE CALLED ME AND CANCELLED MY APPT IF THET WERE THAT BACKED UP.
