I’ve been going to this salon for over 3 years. I went last week to get knotless box braids, as always the ladies were very nice and easy to talk with…it took 5 hrs but the environment was relaxed and carefree. I love how my hair turned out. The ladies braid perfect, not painfully tight. I enjoy styling my braids…also with proper maintenance braids can last pass timerecommended.

I give it 4 out of 5 because it could be cleaner in there but for the most part they are amazing, really nice and funny, Christina did my sew in and she is really good at it but she doesn’t do middle part closures only leave outs and full sew’in she also knows how to do wigs just show her a picture. For the most part I really liked this place better than Matou’s next door.

Critical: ProfessionalismThey do not own up to their wrong doings yes I’ve been here about 6 or 7 times and it’s been alright no problems since I was about 16 to be exact I am 20 now and I have not been here in over a year or so maybe my first day back was barbaric the worker will argue back with customers when she is wrong and the manger will make it seem like your the problem and not talk to her workers they take there masks off sometimes during the pandemic and don’t always listen to what you would prefer instead the customers who are friends with workers in shop will try to protect them and fight you with others if they feel they must even if you are not directing your energy about a situation towards them overall it’s just not a good place to continuously go to also they do not give your money back when you ask.They do not own up to their wrong doings yes I’ve been here about 6 or 7 times and it’s been alright no problems since I was about 16 to be exact I am 20 now and I have not been here in over a year or so maybe my first day back was barbaric …More
