They don’t give price until you pay so it’s easier to scam you. I ordered a manicure and she put shellac on them which I was never told was an up charge of $15! I got my nails done. She did a poor job. I’ll insert inspiration picture I gave her. The nail polish is diluted. There’s no reason I should see my nail underneath the polish. They also don’t bring the nail polish all the way down to the bottom of your nail, which I assume is because they want you to come in sooner due to grow out. Very very unsatisfied. And it’s hard to say anything because they don’t understand English at all! Not being rude, but that causes A LOT of misunderstanding and made me not even wanna dispute my issues. I paid $82 for manicure and pedicure. I didn’t even get acrylics.

I have been trying to find a good nail salon in Beaumont and almost gave up until I found Pleasant Nails. I have had great customer service, and just an amazing experience overall. The staff is super friendly and do an amazing job every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! And the pictures I have included are 2 days old and they still look fresh!! I don’t get my nails done very often because, for some unknown reason, my nails seem to reject polish. I have NEVER had a manicure last a full week. Seriously. Never. UNTIL I went to Pleasant Nails in Beaumont! I don’t live in the area, I was visiting family, but I needed a little “me time,” and decided a mani/pedi was in order (even if it only lasted a couple of days). Not only was the staff so kind, but I’m writing this a full week after my service (gel manicure and “basic” pedicure), and my nails still look awesome! So I don’t know if they are the best salon ever, but they are certainly the best salon I have ever been to.

I found Pleasant Nails by accident, went in to see if they take walk ins, they took me in right away… My nails & feet felt AMAZING when I left.. OUTRAGEOUS PRICES!!! The work doesn’t even match! They’d never told my daughter that there was an upcharge to put shellac palace on her toes. My daughter requested gel. They said gel and shellac are the same thing. My daughter gets her nails done all the time she knows the difference. As far as her nails are concerned they never once offered her a price or told her what the price would be for what she wanted. This is very very poor service. A complete scam!
