First of all, the staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about your experience. On day 1, they explain all of the packages/benefits/bed options thoroughly and never pressure you in to purchasing a package. Secondly, the beds are very well kept. Within four visits, I had a lovely base tan. Finally, the establishment is kept clean and tidy. I love coming here! HIGHLY recommend. 🙂

BEST TANNING SALON EVER!!! Hands down the best beds and the staff is so amazing! I transferred from Sunchain tanning because their beds were outdated and I didn’t feel like I was getting any darker. After 2 tans at Celebrity tan, I feel so much darker! The beds are the Rolls Royce on the market. Love them!!!!

First time in Celebrity Tanning today to try out their spray tan and I liked it! Five years ago I used to tan over at Tanmax and the ladies there were stuck up and never truly very helpful. I was helped my Sarah today here and immediately she made me feel comfortable. She was uber sweet and beyond helpful. She even walked me back to show me step by step how the tan would work so I wasn’t confused. So far my tan is developing and looks way better than the spray tans I used to get. Definitely will be going here again!

I have managed a tanning salon in Mesa for three years before moving out of state and moving back to Arizona . I understand the tanning process and how important it is to educate your customers on tanning equipment. At my old salon we had the older mystic booth (spray tan) . Well today I came in for my second spray tan at celebrity and the girl working today 1/2/19 a little after 9am .Was amazing she Recommended so many up grades I could add to my tan which was awesome . I had no idea you could add scents , boosters , something to cancel out any orange and even things for the bottom of my feet so they don’t get color. This was all new to me. So I got everything she recommended and im in love. My spray tan first tan was not dark enough for me . But this one I could instantly notice a difference and I picked the vanilla scent it smells amazing by the way!! When I first signed up for my spray membership I was given a free week in the tanning beds. I noticed they take very good care of the equipment tanning bulbs are changed at the recommended times . I got amazing fast color that week!!!! And salon is clean and beautiful. Only thing missing is custom airbrushing.

This is one of the best tanning salons I’ve ever been to, although ALL Celebrity Tanning salons are awesome. The girls are all so courteous and friendly and helpful.. will never go anywhere else.

I’m so done with this place. Horrible customer service!! Lack of training!! Bought a Groupon to try out for 1st time before vacation get there & there’s additional sales tax I was charged. Nothing but problems. They had my name spelt wrong, the girl thought I was doing spray tan, they couldn’t find my Groupon redemption, no goggles or towel in bed, was told a different thing everytime I went, wasn’t educated about time or beds with completion broke out in hives. Girl said I could upgrade to try nicer bed for a week $10 come back next day to do so & I was told it would be $70 & u can’t combine coupon & the deal. Contacted the manager about issues & she was kind said she would make it right by adding a week upgrade & a sample packet. Got there girls confused no sample packet was told my upgrade was for week prior. Girl rolled her eyes @ me when I had to come out after applying tanning lotion & getting undressed because there was no towel or goggles. Goggles had white crusty ring around them & were still wet!! On personal calls & talking about people. Very unprofessional!! Will definitely not ever come back!
