So I have been going here for a while now. I have been to 4 other places who were okay the first time and worse the second in milton alpharetta area, so i just wanted to make sure they were consistent before giving my opinion. I can say that they are amazing. Atmosphere is great clean and pretty. Complimentary beverages(they only allow one total not per service selected:<), spa like pedi chairs, and amazing pedicure packages(castle dream is worth it if you want to be pampered!) Natalie and BEBE are the only ones who ever do me or my daughters nails and speaking solely to their work it is great quality for the prices if you like nail art like me. I'm not to picky who does my pedicures and I have had one not so great pedicure but overall still 5 stars. I also have a six year old and she loves that she gets the whole spa treatment as well like mommy and she is always pleased as punch everytime. Would recommend highly because it took me a while to find a place I love so much!!!!

Got my nails done today by Mimi I can’t express enough how amazing she was! So happy with her work I loved how my nails turned out not only did she do a great job on my nails she was also so kind and efficient I will be coming back for every service also front desk lady name Quinn was lovely so kind and accommodating! Highly recommend to anyone !

DO NOT go here, I have been going here for quite some time and continued to give them a chance. Never will I go back. I had such a bad infection from a pedicure I got here.. I had to go to the doctor and get it cut out of my toe. I called castle about this, they said they’d do something about it and never did. They clearly are not cleaning/sanitizing their tools.

Gel manicure didn’t even last a full week before chipping. Then after two weeks they were peeling off. I’ve never had a gel manicure come off without me getting it removed at the salon. The manicure gets zero stars, but I gave two stars because the regular pedicure I got was fine and the service was great. Comfy chairs, complimentary drink, and friendly service, but unfortunately I won’t be going back for a manicure.

Bummed by the outcome of my second visit to Castle Nail Bar. I took my sister here on Sunday, 8/29 to get our nails done before her wedding. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Our experience while there was great! I even took a picture of my service card to record the names of the women who did my mani and pedi (bc they were great, especially Mimi) as well as to log the colors I chose. However; two days later, my sister sent me a picture of her thumb nail peeling and yesterday, a couple of my nails started peeling (see photos). Given we got shellac manicures, this should not be happening 48 and 72 hours later. I’ve had several shellac manicures and all have lasted 10-14 days. I gave three stars because the staff is great and the salon is well kept but this was my second time there and the quality has varied both times. My first visit was last November and I got a dip manicure but received no hand/arm massage. The dip was great but was a NIGHTMARE to take off. I’d love to try Castle again but am a bit wary at this point.

I went there for my birthday manicure and pedicure but I was totally dissapointed. The lady from the pedicure did a really good massage but she messed up one of the nails with the machine… I told them that I don’t like it and they tried to do it again but it was still messed up. The lady from the manicure didn’t start to paint my nails properly as she said it will last longer if she leaves some empty space before the gel. So after paying 120$ I didn’t even like them and they looked old like they were done 2 weeks ago. It is very expensive for what I got. I would never go back, they don’t even clean the cuticles. It is indeed a fancy place but don’t trust what you see, even salt looks like sugar.
