Critical: Professionalism, QualityNail broke after a day. The owner said it broke because I didn’t take the gel she tried to upcharge me. They fixed it. Two days later, I had four broken nails. I called and the owner again mentioned the gel upcharge and said if I didn’t like it to go elsewhere. Originally I was told if my nails break before two weeks it’s no problem to fix.
