From offering coffee,tea,and wine which they make/pour for you, they also hang up clients coats. What more could you ask for?

I have been going to this place for blow dry since May literally every week. I was just late for about 5 minutes and the lady dint even take me for atleast hair wash. I have an important meeting to go to and these people messed it up totally. I wasn’t sure where my appointment time went. It’s just 5 minutes and they dint even help. Not going to this place ever again and I highly recommend not going to this place because these people don’t know how to respect loyal customers.

I had long hair and I wanted to donate it for a good cause and I got to know that Cassandra Salon participates in hair donation program. The receptionist helped me in filling the out the hair donation form. I was assigned Donna as my stylist. Donna washed, shampooed, and conditioned my hair. She then cut my hair and styled. Donna did an amazing job and I liked how my hair cut turned out to be. 🙂 I had a relaxing time at this salon. Thanks to Donna and also to the salon for making my hair donation process very easy and simple. The best pedicure (Angie) I have ever had, and I’ve had a lot over the years. She took such good care of my feet and seemed to really understand the true meaning of what a pedicure is all about. I brought my mom, who is 84, with me and they treated us with respect and care. The staff is friendly and the spa is beautiful. Also the prices were very reasonable. We had a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this spa. Also, I’m going back for my next pedicure!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy hairdresser worked on 2 other clients during my appointment. She didn’t have time for me at all. She went super fast through my hair to do my foils. She kept leaving me while she tended to other clients. I wanted a color close to my natural color but it ended up being reddish brown with a darker brown chunk of hair around my hairline. This is NOT what I expected from a high end salon. Awful experience. It doesn’t even deserve on star. I now have to go get a color correction.
